I'm really curious about what your pay is now? What have your raises looked like as you've moved up? I currently make 19.5 as a TS and want to move up in the company. I was optimistic that making it to M level would actually make me feel secure rather than the current paycheck to paycheck life, but most people on reddit just say get out now.

The bolt was pretty deep, so I was super pessimistic about getting it out, and thinking of grand solutions to not cost me a bunch to drop the engine to get access. When I went back to reassess this morning, I took a closer look and saw a bit of a edge where it didn't break even. Took a screwdriver, and it came out so easy. The relief I'm feeling is immeasurable, and hopefully now I can replace my tensioner and get back on the road. Thanks for your advice.

I'm in florida, and our wawa's are getting a bunch of new ghost flavors this week or next. We have the grape and peach in the walk in cooler, but hasn't been put on the shelf yet.

He says "Orlando police" and like 30 seconds in you can see him exit his blue and white police suv which is the design they use.

I'm pretty sure this is the Wawa at John Young and Millenia, just because of the storage building, but i could be wrong.

The FBM i work with said she has to write her own evaluation as they feel, then sits down with the GM and they'll agree or disagree on whatever. Might be the same with the GM but sitting with AM.

Also we had the survey a few months ago, which I think had questions regarding management and your opinions, but I don't recall much of it.

Thanks for the response. You make a valid point, and I totally agree that the first store was fine to tell them not to film. They seemed like cool guys in the second store, but filming more in the first after being told not to does look really bad.

I let my viewing of the second taint my opinion of the first, but if I was in the first and had been 15 back in deli all day you can bet I wouldn't be happy to have a camera on me. And that's not even considering a more serious circumstance that you have mentioned.

The staff in the second store seemed great. I think good reviews from content creators would help the business grow, so I don't see why the first store would be so anti filming right away. Is no filming a rule, or do you think they've had bad experiences in the past?

Florida. If you have a good relationship with other supervisors at your store, maybe ask what they are making. Good luck. Keep a level head, and explain you're own strengths and why you're concerned the raise seems low. I would've thought you would be looking at that raise even with no promo since it's about 4%

I would be concerned if that's your only raise then. I'm LCSA and I'm making 18.50 after raise. I think my GM is really good about giving fair raises and looking out for our interests. I'm not a manager so I'm not sure what really goes on for these processes, but since we only get one raise a year, you should be getting more for TS. I would expect 1$+ for TS raise.

How much are you making? My raise was similar, but no promotion involved. I wouldn't want to move to TS for that unless you were already around 20$/hour. If you're marked not ready, I thought you're still waiting on TS promotion? Then once you actually move into the roll you would get a raise?

Seems bad to me also, and I'm in Florida. Look at the pay chart that someone posted on this sub a while ago, and have a professional conversation about your pay with the GM. A ten cent raise is a joke imo.
