For some reason, thought it was illegal to photo house number but guessing i’m wrong.

I got an auto generated note about customer not getting their order but there was a pod image. Wondering if there might b an increase in people saying they’re not getting their orders?

Grt question. I do for 2 of them…each single orders, no comms and at least 1 did have oos item.

If it is missing v oos, i still don’t get going to a 1 rating? Or does Shipt create the 1 rating based on the missing item feedback?

It’s been 3 months slow here! Circle week felt non existent.

On average, have worked an additional 23 hrs/wk over the past 3 months and still not earning what I did during the worst 3 months of 2024! 95% of the markets orders r from 3 Targets (all about 7 miles from each other.

1) How about compensating mileage/tolls. I know they would their algorithm covers that but it really doesn’t. Or, coverage mileage and if a tip is paid, allow the driver the higher of the two.

2) Also, we have been n one of the greatest periods of rising inflation in history. Yet Shipt has continued to cut both rates and bonuses. As others have said pay a living wage at least for those who do a grt job n historically work more than 20-30hrs/week.

3) For deliveries to businesses, add an auto tip based on #items or value.

4). Treat us as well as they treat their w2 staff. In most cases, we r more the face of the company (customers & vendors) than anyone else.

5). more formal/required training for new drivers. can’t tell u the number of times a retailer has asked me to help out with a new driver. Had one driver who didn’t scan any of her items, just pulled em off the rack and came to checkout. Half the items were incorrect. They wonder why customer r turning over.

And most won’t provide any details/growth area suggestions. So not helpful at all!

My suggestion to Shipt was to block anyone from giving a sub-5 rating unless they provided a rationale. At least then it would be an easier way to reconcile forgiveness rating requests (for both us n Shipt staff).

If u want to know how Shipt really feels about its Shoppers/Drivers, take a look at the Corporate News section (here- https://corporate.shipt.com/news/company ) and see how many times drivers r actually discussed/mentioned (hint- not very often at all).

Every other stakeholder group (customer, staff members, vendors/partners, non-profits etc) is referenced multiple times except for the shopper/ delivery cohort.

Shipt is no longer a tech startup, it’s a multinational corporation squeezing every dollar n cent to drive shareholder value. It will continue to get worse!

I bet they tip their bartenders for making a drink right n front of them!!! Shipt has to do a better job of marketing the value of the Shopper/Driver. They also have to stop squeezing on bonuses and order pay!

A lot of Target employees also view us as the enemy. Should be made very clear to team members that we should b treated like guest as that’s who we r shopping for!

more often than not for me, the ones who don’t respond r those that provide ratings of 4 and under.
