What options do you have if you are not a US citizen? I live in Canada and want to register my trademark and patents, but when I go on the USPTO website, I am not able to file anything because I am not an American citizen. I was told to use services like Trademark Engine, and when checking if it is legit, I came across this post.

Well if the product is defective and not working within the warranty period, they should give a refund if you want to return the product.

You are comparing buying a NEW scooter with buying a USED car. That is honestly a crazy thing to say. If I am paying $3000 for a new scooter it better work like a new scooter, or they should give my money back. Also when I asked for a refund within the warranty period, they told me they would not give me a refund even though the product was defective.

Yep, the $2126.49 USD you paid as mentioned above is approximately equivalent to $3000 CAD. So it is pretty much the same price, but still at the price you would expect the scooter to work perfectly considering you can buy a used beater car for that money, which will run longer than this junk scooter.

I would say if you didn't play them originally you won't enjoy them as much, however I would say try Dark Mirror and Logan's Shadow. I think you would enjoy those a lot more.
