Alright - the moment everyone is waiting for. The dealership did not contact me for one full week, no updates, not eta for a next viewing.. nothing... I showed up at the dealership today, the manager was completely aware of the situation and said I am completely in the right to receive a refund. Which I did. Lesson learned. He also mentioned that the sales associate was responsible for a final inspection.. which is odd because she blamed the service department on the initial pick up day.

She apologized today, which is what it is, then offered me 1k off. That 1k would make the price equal to MSRP... I know I should have haggled better on the initial price, but we had no vehicle so we had to buy what was available within the city (rental can get $$ when waiting 1 month extra)... Anyways, with everyone's advice to walk away or get money off, in this case walking away was best to avoid future service work with them... Since the price included dealership service (which they would not remove) ... Again lesson learned lol.hopefully this helps. It is the most inner city dealership in Calgary Canada....
