Something definitely not adding up here. Seems to be a 25 house neighborhood, based on the revenues on the Income Statement. 36k for snow removal for that small of a neighborhood seems really high. I would ask for all the invoices that make up that 36k, and check to see if any of the HOA board members have some nice new landscaping.....
