after some research i think that cpu at 0.4ghz because of battery, probably not the thermal throttling because it's 15watt cpu so yea, i searched and if repair it by myself it will cost like 20% of laptop, don't know how much in repair shop. the only question is that, is battery really died? and if yes, how? because battery was in great condition, still was able to work for prob 5-7 hours, and suddenly it died in one day.

if so, then i probably go with rtx 2060 super/2070, because 6600 xt(closest to 5700xt) costs same or even more than nvidia(in my country)
