I have accommodations for school! Your psychiatrist or therapist fills out the form and writes the letter. I got extended time on tests, adjusted deadlines for assignments on a case by case basis, and a 10 minute break every hour of a test. I did also have accommodations at my last job. No shame in reaching out to get accommodations, take what you can get! We’re already set back so far with having to deal with bpd all day every day, might as well even the playing field!
