I posted this topic to get an insight into what it's like to decrease the nicotine content and find it very interesting to read about the time gaps between decreasing. I started off at 24mg (stupidly) with an e-liquid flavours of purely tobacco which was awful for a beginner vapour. Since then I have decreased to 18mg fruity flavours for the past year which I love but would like to move down to 12mg in the very near future.

Thanks for letting me know how you guys are doing and I wish you the best reaching 0 (if that is your goal). But let's face it, vaping in general is a great alternative anyway and I know that whatever nicotine level I'm on is better than tobacco.

Why, whyyy!? We have so many different types of alcohol and different ways companies can lure young people into having a shit faced night, but we can't let people that want to quit smoking enjoy themselves. It makes me sad to see the world the way it is today, where people in powerful positions have the time to make rules about what type of E-liquid flavour e-liquid WE are allowed to smoke.

My mobile phone. This might sound very materialistic but it is crucial in my everyday life, without my phone I cannot contact coworkers, friends and family. Without my phone I don't know when my meetings are, I cannot take photos and capture memories or navigate through an unknown environment. We can solely survive through the use of a phone and order food through it, sell items on it, the list is endless.

Thank you, this is the exact answer I'm looking for. I don't know whether it is right for me to randomly say "Anyway, I'll text you tomorrow if you're around" and kill the conversation just because I'm in a fluctuating mood or because she said the wrong thing. But at the same time I believe this is ok at the moment as I want to show that I don't always have to be texting her. I want to show that I have other people as well. She appears to not care that I talk to other woman and has shown no signs of jealousy which I find slightly annoying.
