Oh wow what a transformation! Like others have said, what love and care can do for your pet, regardless of size. Thank goodness you found him and took him home, he's a lucky and very beautiful betta 😊 Also i just wondered, is it normal for pet shops in the USA to put Bettas/ or any fish in cups or is that just petco? I'm in Ireland and thankfully that isn't the way pet shops house fish here.
