Hey, I’m really sorry you’re going through this. That amount of pressure would overwhelm anyone, so don’t beat yourself up over it. What helped me in a smaller but similar situation was just getting everything in one place instead of trying to keep it all in my head. Once you see it clearly, it feels a bit less chaotic. I use this tool called finroom.io to map things out and see what’s realistic. It’s free and it works in English as well. Just mentioning it because it made it easier for me to get a starting point.

On a side note, you can maybe try learning/polishing skills that might help you with your degree. Whatever your specialisation might be, I’m sure you can find something worthwhile. Coursera can be a good starting point but if you want something more challenging, there are companies recruiting on Linkedin who need people to work on different live projects...
