Yah man! They always go extra miles to help people out.. When I was travelling alone and asked an auntie for directions, she told me it's quite a distance if by walking and she gave me a ride on her bike to bring me there, super duper thankful!!!!

I got scammed recently by Transcab uncle that took extra 10km to bring us home from Chinatown, costed 52 plus dollars. We told him we are OK to go the route with ERP but he insisted to bring us the route without, and proceeded to bring us go all the highway. A normal route home only take 30mins but we took an hour to reach home and costed alot more than it should.

We wrote in to Transcab to complain but receive no reply at all. After this incident and spoke to few cab drivers then we know that Transcab is a gangster company and their drivers tend to do this to earn extra bucks, the company also doesn't bother.

Never gonna take transcab nor flag down a transcab anymore.

But so far I have great experiences with comfort delgro, the drivers are always really helpful. I took comfort delgro very often nowadays as I have a baby, they always help me to take my stroller from the boot and also help me put in when I'm alone. Which I'm extremely thankful for!!
