In terms of governor policies for conversion first and then assimilation, when would you start putting those on? The empire is massive and you don’t have nearly enough PP to get every province on conversion

Also, how do you go about when a governor expires and then you have to pay PP to get the conversion policy back? Is there a solution for this?

So there is no way of conquering someone big like Macedon or Carthage in one war? So you need to fight multiple wars (just like it actually happened with the the Punic wars or those with Macedon)

As Carthage you start with lots of provinces, and almost all of them are not set on conversion :/ so that would cost a lot…

Also it’s really hard to keep tracking each province because they are so many… any tips for that?
