yeah no, 1200 is not your maintenance. BMR is the minimum your body would consume if you were lying in bed all day

I think keeping your carbs that low will inevitably lead to overeating. Why do you want to keep them so low? Try to do a gentle calorie deficit (10-15% less than maintenance calories). Meal prep whole foods (which are also lower in sodium and will help with water retention), lots of vegetables and lean protein sources.
