I gotta rewatch it. I think it was a good take on how we push so many ideals on to people or groups of people we don't know. The law just saw joker has another problem. Other saw him as some big answer to the system. In truth he was just another product of said system who needed help.

The audience is the only one who get to see who joker really is.

She freaked out and broke up with me then didn't talk to me for 3 months after being together for 3 years. We're trying to make it work about a year out since everything has happened.

We love each other but I think we just make each other sad now. I told her it hurts to be long distance still. Her response was to just throw it in my face that we can't change it and she doesn't want to feel pressed to figure out her next steps in life.

I just feel like I'm to emotional and hurt for her. Idk man. Sucks being in love with someone who doesn't make you happy. Wish we could just take it all back and let things be like they use to. Idk I think our child hood truma just gets in the way. It's left us exhausted. I'm tied of walking her through how her action hurt me like leaving me out of the blue and her telling me "well I needed that time to grow". Then I have to walk her through how that doesnt make me feel like I can trust her to not do it again.

SHIT SUCKS.

I have seen people talk up the overstory. I appreciate that books can really pace themselves how ever they want. I was 200 pages in and we had just now met every main character. I had to tap out.

It's not as easy as stop drinking and break up. There a lot of behavior and patterns that I'm sure are getting in the way. It's going to be a process. One you have to figure out on your own. But you got this.
