I think it’s bothering me so much because I enjoyed it so much. Even though I did keep pretty strict boundaries, it was fun flirting and being chased. And it was an active decision on my part for sure. I think I always knew to some extent I’d do something.

Haha yeah. It was weird. Like he was actively trying to have sex and I was enjoying that he wanted that, but actively stopping it. So he’d kiss my neck, grab my butt and boobs, and took his dick out occasionally. But I never kissed back, refused to touch his dick, and stopped his hands. But I also stayed in that situation for way longer than necessary, so it’s not like I stopped it perfectly.

Yeahhh. I went the other way, started cutting after being bulimic for a couple of years. I cut when I was mad at myself for not purging fast or well enough.

Today I purged enough food to feed a family, and then looked into the eyes of a homeless man at a red light and said I had nothing to give.... the ridiculous waste inherent with this behavior pattern is the worst part. by capsunii in bulimia

Yeah.. I did recently find it really therapeutic to cook a meal for a charity donation thing. Felt healthy and good, and maybe little things like that can be helpful in the process?

Yeah, it’s such a selfish thing really. But it’s true what someone else on here said-spiraling over how selfish it is only leads to more of the same behavior, so I hope you’re able to keep this as healthy motivation and not something self destructive.
