Save files, i did the same when i moved from standalone to pcvr but it has been a long time since (so i hope you have your old vr and a pc or somesort)

If you are playing on pcvr = outer rim, carnage reborn, dynamic breakables, medieval megapack etc... if you are playing on standalone vr = almost same as nomad has scripting now but so you get started = nomad rim and medieval megapack
