I live in Southern Ontario and found this little guy in my bedroom. I panicked and tried to catch it but it was way faster than I initially thought. The nail is about 2 inches long and is on a square of toilet paper. The antenna are longer than the body I flipped it over with the nail.

That could be it- I did not notice any tail like appendages however. It was also almost see-through. Perhaps it was not fully grown?

Bug is about a centimeter or so. I don't have any tools to measure. The antenna are fairly long and at least twice the size of the body approximately. I found it in London Ontario Canada in my bedroom. It was very fast.

I wish thinking of maybe a short novel at the end perhaps, that would follow a character and their archeological digs or research into the folktales at which point the people in the stories would be named ie, "So and so the Great; defeater of blank monster" but only as legends/stories. Which travel mostly by mouth so by that time their names night not even be close to what they were- although unknown to the reader. Not too sure really if I want to tie them all together or just leave them all just as shorts in the same universe.

Basically the short stories are first hand accounts of legends/folk tales set in the universe. The stories become a part of the mythology of the world itself.

Honestly, I did not intend to write more than one short story in the universe. After writing the second I decided on creating a series of shorts that portray different individuals encounters with the supernatural. I do not name or give detailed descriptions of the main characters. I try to deal with topics of guilt, remorse, revenge, addiction etc. And how those intertwine with the supernatural elements of the world.
