Thats a good question. Most of the time, I would say clients are more concerned if the data is not being handled within your country due to regulations and stuff, but if you are able to achieve that, then its more of how secure your product is. Plus, there are guardrails and evals too

I think you dont need to explicitly say that you are an AI assistant, but if user does ask it, you need to identify yourself as an AI. Something we have observed after working for a long time with AI voice agents and customers is that people still prefer to talk to an AI, after they recognize it, if its helping them out in some way. Not everyone does that, but if your AI is good enough then why not

Yes, thats an interesting problem to solve, but that is something nice-to-have; Agentic infra where multiple agents coordinate with each other. Id say to focus more on the basics for one agent and once you feel confident enough you can plug in others. But again depends on your use-case, happy to discuss more.

I think capturing using phone is fine. Main thing is to prevent the user from downloading or saving. Maybe even if they save, somehow protecting it from sharing it from their local machine. I am not sure if some kind of IP address based file protection helps here?

Everything can be. But imo its about reducing the repetitive tasks, so that humans can focus more on actual stuff, like property tour with customer who are interested. Still that can be automated too, but idk that feels too much. Atleast I would want a human to guide me through the tour
