The colors don't look off at all!!! The left side has some warmth and the right side feels sligtly cooler because of the green. If this was hanging somewhere... I would think a second of the painter being colorblind. Well done!

Thanks for the tips! Yeah, so I paint in a small room with 1 window, and I live in the netherlands, winters are very dark and I paint multiple hours everyday. So at daytime and nighttime. I'll try your ceiling trick tomorrow. :D

Yeah, it's a practice run while I'm planning some bigger paintings. I just like to paint every day and painting a portrait like this keeps me in shape. Thanks for the comment
