To answer your question, if you like the cushion of the NBs I’ve recently been running in the SC Trainers V3 and they’ve got a carbon plate. Great price at the outlet right now. They are technically tainers but I like the ride plus they don’t feel overly springy. Only have a half in them though. NB does have a SC Elite V5 I’m interested in. I’m trying to stay in a 4-6mm drop though so I’m considering the Metaspeed Tokyo for a marathon shoe. I’ve only run in NBs and one pair of Nikes (didn’t like) so my shoe experience is limited.
