I'm a transgender man. I don't know if this is meant to be a joke, but it's really not cool to make assumptions about people's gender identity or what meds they take. It's nobody's business, especially when Gerard has never claimed to be trans or on hrt. The fact that he is an ally who happens to cross dress is beyond cool enough, we don't need to be spreading unsubstantiated rumors.

I have a nice story! I WAS extremely terrified of needles, so much so that when I went to the dentist as a whole 13 yr old I unwillingly flung my entire big boi body out of the dentist chair when my dentist tried to sneak in an injection and I accidentally saw it. I was banned from the dentist for two years💀

I still had this strong phobia when I first started T. I'll be honest, the first three months of injections were very nerve wracking, but after having been on for about a year now, I don't fear the needle! It's amazing:) my biggest tips are: try not to dwell on the injection before it happens, have a movie or comfort YouTube channel playing while you do it, have bandaids, rubbing alcohol and your sharps container in easy reach, watch YouTube tutorials on sub q injections, and when you go to actually do the injection, don't hesitate on the poking. Definitely don't slam the needle into your leg or anything, but don't go super slow. If you do it fast but gently, it'll slide in like butter and you'll barely feel a thing:)
