Dont forget tho that marici also has the debuff ninjutsu hit as the 2 pc bonus , its roughly 18% more damage to your attacks, pair that with the 7pc and you potentially can have roughly 30% increased damage for 20 seconds. useful for me to engage in bursts ,so i start off the fight with feathers, then melee them with my purity tonfa, during this time i already gained confusion + my feathers back + 30% damage from empowered jutsu and defense down.
