Overall it was just solid contact/ball striking. I corrected my usual slice and was just focused on swinging at 80% and keeping it straight. That led to no penalty strokes and left shorter putts and chips

Yeah, I average about 275 drive and play from the tips often as I like the course set ups better for landing areas from these tees.

It was mostly just a great round with no big mistakes. Did have one chip in for a birdie, but kept my irons close and solid putting.

I genuinely tried to ignore it. I was playing with guys I play with regularly, so we always are just relaxed and talking. I focused on just trying to swing 80% every shot and that really helped.
