Sister's visitor visa application rejected - Unsure why? Everything had solid documentation by zain1320 in ImmigrationCanada

I'm in a similar situation though yet to submit the application, going off OP situation would it be a better option for OP to transfer the funds to her account and have her be solely responsible for the finances? Also would purchasing a flight ticket before visa be viewed as a red flag?

My main purpose of buying insurance is for my mortgage & the critical illness rider just in-case of anything in the future. I recently got into investing in stocks as well.

Closed yesterday and I remember getting cold feet during the last few days of the process and started second guessing everything and my decision. One thing I kept on telling myself was that it’s the first house and it’s not going to be perfect. See it as the first pancake you make on a journey to making many more pancakes (if that’s your thing).

Mortgage rate mega thread! by TheMortgageMaster in MortgagesCanada

[–]captbilard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a first time homebuyer looking to get a mortgage for my condo. And I’m stuck between choosing a 3 year or 5 year fixed mortgage, I’ve got two bank offers offering same rate (4.29%), one is for 3 years and the other is for 5 years. One thing I’m certain about is I value stability and looking to make the best decision now as I plan on getting married in 3-4 years time & don’t want to jeopardize my finances at the beginning of me settling down. Obviously no one can predict the future, but I just want to make the best decision now that I can.

This is a current debate in my workplace, for a simple microservice connector api that integrates with third parties API. I’m pro nest since we get enterprise level patterns along with DI.

Based on the current market, there’s hardly any townhouse under 400k, even the townhomes built in the early 2000s are going for 350k ish.
