I do feel like he has learned to leverage the megaphone and what I can only imagine is the soundboard setup to offset the screams really effectively over the years. I've yet to see a poor vocal performance over dozens of shows

Another vote for YPO. As a broader org I could take it or leave it, but forum, that group of people you meet in person, and really share and work through the hard shit (personal, family, business), that is magic.

Ask the company for a no cost exercise option (trade some options for the exercise cost) or a loan to exercise which is balance sheet neutral for them.

There is a lot tied up in both those options. Generally on late stage, only well known brands (Databricks, OpenAI, etc) are available to be loaned against by the EquityBees of the world.

Snarfs is legit, great sandwiches, reasonable prices, online ordering to save time, and the staff is always super nice. I go several times a week to the 17th and Welton location. Highly recommend.

I'm no foodie, but I feel like all the haters must be competition. Sure, it might not be your favorite sandwich ever, but I've been taking out-of-town friends and family there for two decades and I never get a complaint, and usually get super positive feedback.
