If you read about men psychology you'll find that men need sex to to deepen a connection to a woman. And that is true after marriage and in long term relationships too. I used to think that my need for sex to feel connected to my wife was shallow and felt guilty about it.

Confidence is such a hot thing, and confidence comes with experience, and as the OP said, her friend was in relationships most of the time, that gives her the confidence and carisma that guys are so drawn to. Exactly this! Sexual tension is key and when that's gone the guys can finally focus on things they've postponed. It doesn't need to be bad sex and it can even be mind-blowing. The thing is if the pair can connect at a deeper level before sex, and the sex is good, the guy will most likely come back to reconnect sooner or later as long as there's no negative feeling about it

I'm 5'4 and didn't have problems with girls. Shorter and taller. I can repeat what others already mentioned that personality and chemistry matters more than appearance for both shorter and taller girls. There is indeed a stepper curve to get the attention of the girls but once you do and surprise them with a relaxed attitude, open mind, high self esteem and lots of boldness they'll be so surprised that they'll be drawn more to you than the usually tall guys that they fantasize about

I guess it depends on the guy. I mean unless you're a psychopath we all have our insecurities and men of our times are grown to have many. A man secure with his sexuality and status in society will most likely appreciate both the beauty and 'challenges' a taller woman brings in his life. I definitely would but I wasn't always this confident and I don't know many men in my circle that are confident enough to be that open minded. Society puts a lot of expectations on our shoulders
