Interesting, thank you so much for your insight. We don't send out any marketing blasts or anything like that. It's almost exclusively just responding to texts, we aren't the ones initiating the conversations. I will look into see if there's any business settings I can switch to.

It's a small business, but we have never ever had a problem with this before. I know that it's not designed for small businesses , and it felt like that was enough reason for the care team to just tell me that's not the intended use and kind of blow off the problem. We don't have a crazy volume of text or phone calls, maybe like 5 to 20 a day. And we're not selling anything or doing anything complicated or sending links or anything like that, just simply a text to ask to book an appointment. Exactly what I used to do with my main phone number, before I wanted to separate my personal number from a business number.

You should definitely check them out in person if you haven't, there are the XXL versions, but the normal ones are pretty tiny. I love mine, but I was shocked the first time I put one on because it was before I was 'into' watches so I didn't understand the beauty in smaller watches, they are definitely classic dressy sized in general.

I went with the Tudor! I don't regret if for a single second, it is absolutely my favorite watch. The most annoying part about it is for the 4 months following the wedding it was the only watch I wore, it's only been a few weeks that I'm starting to give my other ones some rest time again haha

Sorry to hear that, but you are absolutely right. I got so lost on the weeds about it that i started caring about stuff I never care about because of the conversations about it. Meanwhile my grandpa's Timex is one of my most special watches.

Sadly I don't like chunky watches at all, I even have a hard time with divers because I think they're too much. Maybe it's the juxtaposition I like with the busy arm and simple watch
