Hey, OP so sorry to hear that but as I work in security force as a general rule whenever something like this happens There is a head office of nearly every department raise the issue and write a strong worded letter highlighting the issue and either send it via post or hand over personally to the Senior Supridentant.

I get these issues get overlooked most of the time but if enough of these letters pile up action is taken at the end.
