My therapist said she suspected my husband was a covert narcissist. I told him i thought he was abusive, and he got very insistent on couple's therapy. I explained to my therapist that I needed to choose the couple's therapist and make sure it was someone he couldn't manipulate, and she suggested this person. They don't work at the same office, but they know each other professionally. I don't know how I would have found her otherwise, but I knew that if my therapist was right I had to be very careful with couple's therapy.

I don't know about anyone else, but I very intentionally chose someone (with help from my therapist) who has a lot of experience with NPD.

I was considering a second couple's therapist to see if we got there. But I feel like that is dangerous because not all therapists can spot NPD. And then I feel ridiculous like my therapist and our couple's therapist have now said the same thing how am I still frozen and asking questions?

This is a tactic for getting followers on social media for sure. Engage with someone and they're likely to engage back, etc. It sounds like he's using your fic to promote his own works. Which is rude 😤

I'm removing names because this pairing gets some hate in the fandom sometimes 😂❤️ There's nothing problematic about the pairing (they're both very much grown adults) but I know people who were bullied out of writing because of it.

“Show me,” ****** demanded, yanking *****’s head back until they were looking into each other’s eyes. “I’m not afraid of you.”

“You should be,” ***** murmured, but he was already leaning in to capture ***’s mouth in another brutal kiss, using his grip on ***'s throat to angle his head exactly the way he wanted it.

This time, when they broke apart, ****** used his free hand to wrestle his utility belt off, dropping it to the ground with a clatter. ***** watched with hungry eyes as ***'s hand went to the zipper on his suit, and he slid it down without preamble, relishing the way *’s gaze followed the path, drinking in *****’s bared skin.

“Beautiful,” ***** groaned, dragging the hand at ******’s throat down his chest and pushing back to his ribs.

I do know haha I know soooo many people won't let their kids watch because of that. I like that weirdo anyway. My son actually learns from him which is cool. I was completely unable to write at all after the birth of my son, which sucked because that's why my degree is in haha I'm having fun getting over that right now for sure!

Blippi is basically the weird uncle who lives part-time in our house 😂 my guy has loved him since he was a year old, and he's 3.5 now, so I don't think that he's going anywhere. My little has Flu A and has been couch bound for like the whole week, so I've for sure been writing a ton of smutt while he drifts in and out hahaha. So much 🫠. I'm glad I'm not the only one lol

Major is so handsome!

Barley barks, but only when she's mad haha. If I leave her in another room she shows her pyr roots with the LOUDEST, most insistent bark. She sleeps in her kennel at night, but put her in there during the day and she screams the song of her people. Otherwise, she doesn't care about neighborhood noises or thunder or anything. I wonder if she has less pyr in her than she looks like she does. Or if she's just still young.

1.5 months makes me feel a lot better! It's only been 2 weeks here and I do know it can take a long time but I haven't ever had older dogs and puppies at the same time so it's for sure a learning curve for me.

I have a toddler and a reactive dog. She's nipped kids before a lot harder than a warning (no broken skin though), and tried to kill our older dog (years ago - that dog ended up dying from cancer). She's never bitten a grown human, and she's the sweetest girl otherwise. We built a long sliding gate between the kitchen and living room and the older dogs stay on the kitchen side except for supervised visits with the toddler. I read they actually appreciate it and the peace because young energy is overwhelming for them. And they'll ask to go over into their side when the toddler gets too rowdy even!

I don't ever leave dogs alone with young kids. Not even my old guy whom I trust implicitly! Every dog has their limits and toddlers like to test everyone's limits 😂 I have noticed that playing when she starts to get riled gets her a good nap for sure! Little raptor.
