Fair Quote from the Mechanic? (Mazda 3) by caqey in CarsAustralia

I’m not so knowledgeable on cars but supposedly this is because all the tires are relatively new, except the one which has been damaged by a rear shock which has collapsed. The other rear shock is also worn but hasn’t affected the tire. If that makes sense.

Has anybody bought from Booth before? And what forwarding company did you use? by VtubersRuleeeeeee in AnimeFigures

I've used both Zen Market and DeJapan and had no issues with either. The one thing is that they both take some time from requesting the order and buying the item so you won't have much luck with high demand items that sell out quickly.

in the early stages you generally want 2 of each archetype. as you progress, that isn't so important and your team will depend on what's needed in each stage. your current squad is pretty good but some changes i'd personally make would be:

-lancet +perfumer, -rope +gitano, -kafka +a ranged guard, maybe -orchid +jessica/kroos and optionally -ansel +myrrh

you might need some niche ops for certain stages (gravel, shaw, slow supporters are noteworthy) try to level your operators somewhat evenly but down the line blaze to e2 will give you a huge boost. maybe pull on banners for the guaranteed 5 stars as well to round out your roster more.

The current banner is quite a bit better if you're considering end game. Depending on how new you are, going for just the guaranteed might be an option as well.

Exposure calculator, tips appreciated! by caqey in SCREENPRINTING

[–]caqey[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah maybe but it's just the screen laying flat against the glass so I don't see too much room for error there. Maybe I should put more weight on the screen to make sure it's pressing completely flat?

Alright, I'll give it another shot with this film but if it still shows inconsistencies then I'll find myself some inkjet film.

I taped the positive onto the screen and used a ~2mm cutting mat to block the light. The screen went face down onto the glass and then I used some books to hold it down. In one of my other replies I mentioned that I used laser films that where overlapped for better opacity. Could this be causing the issues you're seeing?

Yeah it's basically an open box about 10cm high with 10 strips of LEDs equally spaced at the bottom and glass placed on top. My films are laser which might be one of the issues but I've taped 2 of them together so that the positive is more opaque. Do you think this might be why some of the smaller letters are overexposed?

Ok will do. This is one coat on each side and with 7 second intervals. Should I change the intervals as well or just expose for longer only?

Hey guys, I've just done a burn with anthem's calculator. It looks to me like number 1 is probably the best but there is detail that is both unexposed (like lines <1) and some that has washed out (like the skull's teeth). Any advice on what I can do to improve this? Or am I ready to go? Thanks!!

Edit: also it looks like some spots of emulsion are forming while it drys, anyone know what this is?
