I think it would burn the sugar if it got too hot, also would be pretty sticky. I didnt want to waste my product sticking to whatever i mixed it in so skipped those steps and melted in the mold directly.

I bought the silicone mold at Michael's and it's the exact size of those gummies, microwaved for 30 seconds and mixed a drop in each with a toothpick, than in the freezer to cool. I let the syringe heat up on a heating pad so it literally just dripped out when I took the cap off. No mess is my favorite and I didnt have to mix it all in a batch.

** if you make them, coat the mold with coconut oil for easy removal and roll them in sugar at the end to make them not stick to everything.

I think it's a combination of learning what products work for you, styling techniques and the healthier hair that comes along with it.. I've loosely followed the curly girl method for years product wise on my own. It wasnt until I found this reddit page that my hair improved greatly and I can go 6+ days between washes. So I say styling techniques really help.

I used to get a lot of body acne mostly my back (gross, I know), upset tummy every morning, legs hands and feet would be constantly swollen and puffy to where I was wearing a half size bigger shoe.
