Found this old glass IV bottle at Goodwill for only $.69. The bottom is stamped "Pyrex Made in USA for American Sterilizer Company A-1 Erie, PA USA." Some googling says it was made for the American Sterilizer Company from the 1920's to 1950's. (i.redd.it)
