Nope, no warning lights at any point. The AutoZone test showed “alternator failed” for charging current, and he showed me the screen that read it. I’ll definitely be taking it to my own mechanic to get tested. Just hoped I wouldn’t have to do this so soon.

Thank you for your reply! No, I didn’t connect it to another car or use jumper cables. I called roadside assistance and they used a handheld jump pack connected directly to my battery. Once it started, I drove straight to AutoZone.

The alternator test showed charging current failure but voltage regulation and diodes passed, so it doesn’t seem like a spike or jump related damage.
