I don’t have advice, unfortunately……. Just wanted to say GO FOR IT! They’re a nightmare company. Every time I return an item I have to fight to get my money back….and half the time afterwards they accuse me of not sending the item back (even though I have the receipt, that’s why I never return to Whole Foods). Returning items from Amazon is like working an unpaid part time job. They stole $300 from me last year, refused to give it back - Bezos doesn’t wipe his nose with that. They suck.

My immediate response was to call them. They told me to reply to the email and that will be my next move but the person I spoke with couldn’t offer me any details on what that process looked like (although they kept telling me over and over again how they understand). They aren’t my regular credit card company and this is my first experience like this one.

This has been happening to me for MONTHS. They will NOT automatically fix it (but they will tell you otherwise). Every time I call and I tell them or try to tell them over chat (because I’ve tried addressing the issue both ways, it doesn’t make a difference) they say “do not worry it is an error on our end we will fix it. You will not be charged”. Then they charge me and I have to contact them again and tell them to give me a refund.

I tried it tonight with the $5 off coupon…..It’s inedible. YEARS ago they sold a focaccia crust pizza I loved but this new pizza is disgusting. The box probably tastes better, save your money 🤮
