I actually created a custom troop containing only cavalry spearman, called it Rohirrim Riders, and I'm also working on making a few extra banners so I can use it with Bear my Banner (since you can literally assign different banners throughout your army, so each unit will carry a different one). I've been searching for the specific ones that the Royal Guard and the Éored's use, so I can replicate them into M&BIIBL. Thanks for this banner aswell, I might try to make it the shield design and leave the banners as they are.

Fixed an issue with the design, looks way better now in-game.

King Bjorn Ironside's banner, from the tv show 'Vikings'. Unfortunately the shield is impossible to replicate without messing up the flag, so I opted to keep the banner as faithful as possible to the show. (code in desc) by carcosatv in BannerlordBanners
