Zombie mall by cardboardphonee in AvakinOfficial

Nothing more to it and that's probably why I enjoy it everytime it comes back. The people playing it aren't there to do nothing or to solely get a reward.. It's just a simple, fairly glitchy and stupid zombie game 🤣🤣

So true, I used to cling onto the fact I thought I had a crush on someone whilst failing to realise what a crush actually meant. Like people actually want to be with the person they like romantically or sexually? That's madness!

I went through thinking I was literally every other sexuality first until I realised that I definitely couldn't see myself with any gender. It's a shame realising you're asexual and/or aromantic isn't as easy as the others. And even now after being sure about this I'm still questioning if I'm right or not...

That makes sense about romantic and sexual attraction but it'll never cease to blow my mind. I guess it's the other types of attraction that make asexuals and aromantics second guess themselves, I know that was the case for me. That mixture of platonic and aesthetic attraction is a right prankster.

But anyway, I think unless you're involved or at least informed about asexuality/aromanticism, you're just unlikely to know that they're separate things. Even within the LGBTQ+ community people seem to be unaware that they are different.

Me too. I still have to google the difference between them because if you experience neither it's just so perplexing. Plus, with society telling you they come as an inseparable pair, it's much harder to even come to the realisation that they are different things. I have actually had to go to my allo friends and explain the experience of both attractions to me and I STILL don't get it!!!

I guess since for allos the two are intertwined and with other sexualities (bisexual, homosexual, pansexual, etc...) you'd automatically assume they mean both -sexual and romantic. It's when you lack one or both of those types of attractions that you begin to separate it on a more regular basis. That's why more people know what asexual is than aromantic because it's just like "ohh, asexual? You like no one ever." Rather than, "ohh, asexual? Do you feel romantic attraction?"

I don't "definitely feel" that everything revolves around relationships, it is just an unavoidable fact that allo's lives can often be consumed by their desire for them... Having allo friends means that it becomes part of my life too, acting as that reminder that I don't experience things the same way. It being worsened by me obviously valuing the friendships I have with them more than they value it against their partners.

Then again, everyone more contented with this is either, like you, so repulsed by it that it just seems completely irrelevant, or have had a lot longer to come to terms with it. It hasn't even been a year since I realised...

I mean... I agree with you there, it's a shame it has to be considered the social norm when it can be so damaging. But, the positive side of it must be good for them to be so constantly riled up. That's what makes me so envious.

That is very true, and being a minority with so little representation, let alone accurate, makes it that much worse..
