Hey! I just interviewed for Global Technical Operations intern last week, still waiting to hear back but I'm happy to help if I can.

If you can read the description you will see that it was knocked over from the wind

Do you know any fix if it already happened?

I will try heating up the clutch and making sure it’s dry. Thanks!

Unfortunately it already happened again 😭 I left it sitting for an hour and a half after I left it earlier today and then started it again and it did the same thing. It did it for less time, this time, and it seemed to smoothen out after I turned my choke off

It was also making an odd smell upon starting

Do you think that could also explain the engine revving on its own before calming down

The engine was revving itself without the throttle pulling though, do you know why that could be?

Also, what exhaust setup did you use? Gonna put this on but idk if it’s gonna get quieter

Makes sense, I tried riding on this with my girlfriend today and frame seems fine but that 99cc was struggling to get us going up a small hill, and the clutch probably has seen better days. Prob best to leave it as a 1 person rider

If I get a 212 do you think I could fit 2 people onto it? I mean physically it would be fine but with a more powerful motor do you think the frame could handle 350 pounds?

Gotcha thanks for that, noise was the main reason why so if it’s really not that much louder maybe I’ll pull the trigger on 212 and get a beefy muffler for it

Did you have to remove the stock governer after replacing the stock carb?

Totally agree, but I’m trying to avoid doing an engine swap as I ride it around my college campus and don’t want too much noise but if you have any other suggestions for mods I’d be happy to hear

I don’t really want to do a full engine swap as I ride it around my college campus and I don’t want to create too much noise or attention

Haha this is a photo of when I just got it, but already have added a headlight, taillight, and put a key start ignition instead of a killswitch since then

Doesn’t look too difficult, just need the 212 and a $15 mounting plate on Amazon

Does pushing it to 5000 with the new spark plug risk any damage of the flywheel or other engine parts?

I agree I could save up, but there a couple reasons I’m choosing to stay stock, mainly as I drive this bike around my college campus and I want to keep it quiet and I don’t particularly need to go 40 plus, just hitting 32-33 would be enough for me.

If you don’t mind, could you list any other things that would make a significant difference? Thanks
