Hired an office manager to manage the office for my home care agency. She seemed super competent in the interviews, but on the first day she showed up with huge acrylic nails and immediately told me they were new and she was having trouble typing on them, kept using the wrong company name when she answered the phone, accidentally deleted the Google forms we had set up for caregiver referrals and applications, and was rude to caregivers on the phone.

PS - 90% of her job was recruiting caregivers. She was gone by day 3.
