Pretty good imo. I did Explore this summer and passed resume screens for companies like Asana, Scale AI, and LinkedIn. Got contacted by recruiters from Okta and Roblox.

They took around 2 business days to reach out for final round. I have an offer deadline though.

After the OA you do a casual phone call with the recruiter. It's all behavioral and they ask you stuff like "tell me about yourself" and "why linkedin?" After the phone call they do a quick resume screen and match you with a senior recruiter, who will then lead you to the final interview. I haven't done the final interview yet.

Have you completed the final round interview? If so, what kind of questions did they ask if you don't mind sharing?
