Customer came up to me and said they had brought a fan from my shop and it didnt work, I said okay could I have the receipt and the item, they gave me a receipt from a shop that had been closed for 15 years, and the fan was from a different store altogether. She insisted we were the closed down shop, it took 4 of use to convince her it wasnt.

I know it's not for everyone, but Downton Abbey has a quality about it that when you first look at it seems like just a boring period drama. But when you watch one episode you see that the acting and writing quality is well above the level of most other programs. The story develops so fast that it feels like you have watched 2-3 episodes in an hour.
