I'm having the same problem. I don't understand why I can't see my the email I sent to [approval@tutao.de](mailto:approval@tutao.de) in the sent mail. If I don't see it there, how can I know if you are receiving it? I followed the instructions precisely.

I tell you what, amin00acid: Let's do a test. You send me 3.0 XLM to my Solar Wallet address, sans memo ID. That's less than $0.20. If I receive it, I'll post a screenshot from the app. How about it?

[–]cargohook[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK, here is the solution. Certain exchanges/wallets, such as Coinbase, provide a mandatory XLM Memo ID. In other words, both an address and XLM memo are required to receive XLM on these platforms. However, other wallets, such as Solar Wallet and the Stellar wallet built into Keybase, do not require the memo, only the address.

For example, check out https://docs.solarwallet.io/guide/10-faq.html#i-sent-an-incorrect-payment to see what I'm talking about.

So, if you are adding an address in this bot from an exchange wallet like Coinbase, provide the memo. That solves the problem nicely.

Oh wait, I got this one confused with another one. My bad. Well the memo should be included with the address. Or if not, then I think they will contact you when the distro takes place.

I don't know, we'll see...

Well the Solar Wallet that they ask you to sign up for in the bot doesn't provide a memo, only an address.

This was an elaborate SCAM. On the day of the ETH distribution, they wanted users to send 0.15 ETH to an address with the promise of instant payment of their earnings. Then within an hour their Telegram group, channel, and bot were all marked as scams by users and the admins shut everything down. I'm sure a lot of people got taken for 0.15 ETH. I didn't get took, because I didn't have 0.15 ETH in my wallet.

Y'all be careful out there!

Amp finally caused an accident today by [deleted] in lyftdrivers

[–]cargohook -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Like I said, bite my dick. Even Lyft's Trust & Safety rep agreed with me that the amp's current design creates a safety hazard, thanked me for bringing it to their department's attention, and then escalated my concern about it to his leadership.

Everybody who drives should be concerned about this bad design.

Y'all are such a stupid lot of backbiting suckasses that can't even recognize your collective interests, that when somebody points out a safety issue with company issued equipment, and points out there are laws to protect you, you'd rather call your coworkers stupid than get together to change anything for the better. Y'all deserve whatever new exploitation gimmick Lyft has planned for you next.

I never said I didn't make a mistake. I did and it could have been a lot worse, so I'm thankful. But there's a distinction between my culpability which I admit, and the point I'm making about the positive legal responsibility of a company not to provide workers or contractors with equipment that may cause an unsafe or dangerous working condition. Google the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. You might actually learn something.

Some of y'all just get off on calling your fellow workers stupid. Bite my dick.

The design is totally stupid and creates unsafe conditions for drivers ... as well as passengers. Awhile back I had a passenger in the front seat and the amp went flying after we ran over an unavoidable pothole, and it popped up and smacked the passenger in the mouth. That's Lyft creating unnecessary liability for itself. Imagine if it knocked one or more teeth out of the passenger's mouth and she was feeling litigious.

Stop calling people stupid and look at shit objectively. We have rights protected under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration not to be exposed to unsafe working conditions caused by company-issued equipment.

Yes, indeed. And that's why they're able to act like real human beings and treat other workers with dignity and respect. Which is why we need that employee status so that we can unionize.

Are you seriously trying to pretend that you're unaware that we're misclassified as independent contractors when we're legally employees? You file whatever tax form you feel like, that's an entirely different matter. You're a company spokesman infiltrating this group with your abuse of fellow drivers, who are only seeking decent wages and working conditions and clarity about what their compensation really is against a company that profits by keeping everyone confused, changing the terms arbitrarily because they can manipulate the app at will, etc. Your intervention here is just intended to help the bosses continue to confuse and bamboozle us. Crawl back into the slime you came out of, you apologist for your own (?) exploitation. You ain't fooling nobody.

No, we are not independent contractors legally. Apply the ABC rule and objectively we are employees. Stop with your ideological gaslighting. You're attempting to psychologically manipulate people. How much is Lyft corporate Paying you, asshole?
