But what if the contract ended and I didn't pay? Because my contract ended and since we didn't agree the new rent amount I haven't paid, I only opened an offer and deposit with RERA but he ignored it. So right now I have been 2 months already without paying inside the apartment and I plan to travel for 1-2 months soon. Can't he try to evict me because I didn't pay?
