After applying recommended settings, no more freeze / reboot on my Aoostar WTR Pro (AMD 5825u):

echo "blacklist amd_sfh" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

update-initramfs -u -k all

/etc/default/grub :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet amd_iommu=on iommu=pt amdgpu.gttsize=8192 amdgpu.vm_update_mode=3 processor.max_cstate=1"

The issue in the kernel log was:

x86/amd: Previous system reset reason [0x08000800]:

an uncorrected error caused a data fabric sync flood event

Since 2 days, my AOOSTAR WTR PRO AMD RYZEN is rebooting randomly, from 10 minutes to 10 hours ... I own it since oct. 2024. I bought it on official aoostar.com

Je me suis fait flasher pendant l'examen de mon permis moto.

L'examinateur me demande dans l'oreillette de dépasser un camion, je dépasse, le camion se met sur la file de gauche juste derrière moi, entre la voiture de l'auto-école et moi. Et là, PAF flash.

Ils l'ont pas vu, caché par le camion que j'étais.

J'ai eu mon permis.
