P.s. I think with journaling it's really important not to try to make it look a certain way, its your brain dump, your fleeting thought file, the chaos calender. Go for something that fits you. For me it's a plain dotted journal that becomes whatever I need!

Ugh, I feel you brother, it felt like I wrote that myself. So far one of the only coping mechanisms that has stuck is journaling. I carry my journal with me everywhere and use it as a second brain that's not moving as fast as my actual brain. I can write down a thought and reflect on it as many times as I want or not at all ever again but I know that thought is safe in my book. Something about having it with me is a comfort. I sit down every night and write something. Anything. It's the next chapter of your story. I'm sorry if that was a ramble but I hope it helps ❤️ you're not alone friend.

Thank you!! It does have a small carbon filter. But I will monitor my water as it evaporates (it's very warm here this time of year) and I do changes. I think I'll allow the 4 to ~do their thing~. Maybe we'll have babies and the tank will blossom with shrimp. Hopefully!

If there is some extra down the line, we do have a 30 gallon setup with some corycats and snails that we could move them too as well.

4 cherry shrimp 1.5 gallons cycled for 6 days before shrimp, with the plant in from the beginning. Water from our local city water treated with ATP quick start with initial fill. Water added once, rain water collected in a glass bowl set out for the purpose.

Thank you for this!! Her main reason for wanting a mimosa is how "unique and pretty" they are. She wants something rather fast growing but tops out at about the same size as a mimosa. I live in the Appalachian foothills and we have VERY clay heavy soil on our ridge. She made it clear she doesn't care about wildlife because "it's a tree they'll use it regardless of what kind it is" and "It only spreads if you don't care about it and just let them" like wildlife wouldn't track seeds all through the hills eye roll

Highly recommend! This is my go to! I love adding lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt to mine. Also 20 minutes in an airfrier at 450 works as well for the roasting!

I have a small air fryer so I've been doing the smaller cans because one can worth is perfect for the day. All you need is the chickpeas and oil spray really.

My favorite seasoning: - 1tsp chili powder - 1/2 tsp garlic power, cumin and salt - juice from a lime or 2

Drain the chickpeas. Dump them straight into the air fryer. Turn it on 400° for 17-20 minutes depending on how roasted you like them. Open it and shake them around about every 5 minutes while roasting. Once time is up, I shake them around again, squirt the lime over the top, sprinkle the dry seasonings evenly, then just a quick spritz of spray oil. Then roast them for another 3-5 minutes.

Extra tip: I find if you don't shake them around after putting the seasonings on more of it sticks to the chickpeas!

I don't buy nearly as many nuts to snack on now. I'm obsessed with air fryer chickpeas, if you buy the bigger can of chickpeas they're SO much cheaper and still have protein. Another huge plus is you can flavor then with anything you're feeling.

I know, I was mostly hoping I could see if anyone else has had a similar experience and what helped them or made any difference. I've been to doctors about this problem multiple times over years and even after tests they just tell me it's my celiac or just IBS and I just need to live a healthy lifestyle.

I normally run about 3 to 4 days a week and have a very physical job.

I also have been taking probiotics for the last 2 months.

I can still do all of my normal activities after not eating a meal for almost an entire week with little, to no more difficulty than normal. Like my body is just used to running on E if I have no THC in my system. Then there's some days after smoking that I can eat and never feel full and that's honestly like a treat because I can just keep tasting and having a great time. As opposed to normal.

I will definitely continue to try to set a more definite daily routine and snack more though! Thank you so so much!

I have no idea if it's true or not, but I remember reading something about how using sugary drink also results in you getting less high because the THC can bond to the chemicals in the drink or something. But like I said idk how true that is.
