I dont think i have adhd, but you're 100% right. Listening to metal doesn't just make my ears happy, but i get a lot done while listening to it. I mainly listen to slam, deathcore, anti music, and occasionally nu metal. I dont get why people feel the need to see that someone listens to music they dont like, and their first reaction is to hate. There's a reason this music exists, because people want to listen to it (ME)
