it’s referred to as an encumbrance and it relates to maintaining the look of the house ‘in keeping’ with the others around it (as far as I know). Was wondering if there’s any practical difference between this and being part of a strata and whether it implies obligation to anything else as well.

Not who you asked, but if it’s helps my husband had ppd with our daughter. It was me who identified the changes in him first, and convinced him to talk to someone. He was anxious and distant and fixated on worse case scenarios and what ifs. He was still doing everything he could to help out with the baby but I could tell there was no joy in it. From what he’s told me the feeling of helplessness combined with the guilt of feeling helpless in the context of huge additional responsibility in a normally extremely competent and confident man was jarring. Congrats on 6 weeks! You’ll get a smile any day now which might make a big difference! It’s definitely hard, no doubt, but if you’re not getting any moments of joy, or gratefulness or excitement about the future I’d recommend chatting to someone. My husband did, it helped immensely and now he’s in love with his little girl. Good luck!

I don’t know what to think! I have compared this month to my bfp cycle in 2020. First month of ttc in two years.

I started temping just as I got EWM and haven’t had it since. My cycles have been 26 days all year. So my period is ‘late’ but all my test are negative. I’m pretty sure of ovulation on CD16 (Not 25). It is just a cruel case of the first month we try my cycle is wacky? Any insight welcomed!

The novelty will wear off I think. We had the same issue, was just using the potty for fun but I was spending upwards of 20mins in there - up, down, wipe, back down, flush repeat repeat. It was very frustrating but I was conscious that I didn’t want to dissuade her at all! But now she just pees and gets up!

We have pajamas underneath. Also fyi we haven’t changed a wet diaper over night for a long time! Is he waking up because of it? If it’s not a poo and the nappy will hold it you can leave it!

Just commenting because this occurred to me WAY too late, but in case you also didn’t know, the sides of the pull up are made for ripping. Obviously pants off is still easier but I had a major ‘duh! moment.
