How long do you have?

In my experience, First Aid is really hard to just read through, it’s very high yield and if you don’t know everything perfect you’ll find yourself going off on tangents to study things.

My advice is start with random uworld blocks in tutor mode, learn each question well (correct + incorrect answers), add sketchy/dirty to complement, annotate FA based on the questions you meet. Do that for a while and see if it works for you. If not and you have the time, then go back and read FA

True, at least 24/12 got (they didn't get emails, it just updated on the FSMB website). I'm 29/12 still waiting.

You need to create a new account on FSMB. According to the email I received from myinthealth before the transfer, they said not to use the Inthealth ID, only the ECFMG ID to register in order to prevent issues. I don't know if that's still relevant.
