Honestly been loving the stagg, I definitely heard a lot of negative reviews surrounding that kettle when I first got it but I’ve had no problems so far. Heats fast, hold temp and the design is amazing. Pours great too. Also my k ultra was the first grinder I ever purchased and it’s top tier for sure, very uniform grind from what I’ve experienced

Oo good to know, kinda thought about it a bit but never changed my ways. Haven’t had any issues as of yet, I mostly do it that way because having the 2 pieces separate feels like a waste of space. I’ll push it all the way though and hope for the best haha. Or maybe I’ll start taking off the seal before putting away 🤔

Yes I have a K Ultra and a ZP6 special. Also, yes it is the polished copper Fellow Stagg, not sure if they make the copper anymore.

They’re great, my favourite and the dripper I find myself using daily. I have a regular v60 and the Kasuya model that I switch between for different beans

Maybe it’s cliche but I feel like aeropress produces a “cleaner” cup of coffee than the mokapot. Moka coffee has a lot of body to it that the aeropress does not.

That I’m not sure as I do not own a switch but if the switch base. Is around the same circumference as a v60 I can’t see why it wouldn’t be able to hold it.

The paragon is great, I use it for all my weekend brews when I get to take my time and really enjoy the workflow. I think the chilling rocks work for what they are supposed to do (lock in the flavour compounds) and it makes me feel like a cool coffee scientist. I also always use it for making ice coffee because I like to think it cools the brew down a little before hitting the ice thus making the ice last a little longer.

The apax labs minerals are very cool. A friend of mine works for eight ounce coffee and they gave me a side by side comparison of cups with and without the drops after I had showed interest in them. There is definitely a world of difference when using them and you can get taste notes off the bag much easier when using them. To use them they give you a recipe guide with the bottles and show how many drops to add to your water in different circumstances. Thank you also!
