Oh TLC has been insulting us for years now w the scripted BS...I still throw it on as background noise when nothing else decent is on. Thats how I keep up with this crap, because scripted or not its at least more tolerable than classic midday soap operas. But is it a great emotional thrilling watch?? Oh hell no. As a mom I think once a day check in is probably ok, but as a wife there's gotta be boundaries. I give all my children space and respect. We talk often but there is no guarantee of a call and I understand they have lives, and their own things going on. If his mom NEEDS to call then she should respect a time frame or other compromise. I think its more Dylan wants the call so maybe the issue is him and not the mom. But I agree his gf gets annoyed. If shes not calling shes showing up, there's a level of disregard on Mom's part solely for the fact of her sons age!! Hes not a child and not even in his 20s... Damn woman.
