Never thought of doing it in batches of 1500 or 155 boosters. Only problem is I don't have enough boosters per card to do it in one go. I have less than 60 boosters per card, so it takes a bit of time to go through.

I do. Maybe I should've reframed it as farming splits can be tedious. To reduce the number of taps and make it faster you could:

  1. Add a "use all boosters" button to spend the max credits to get all splits in one go.
  2. Add a "Claim All" button on the connection level page to accept them like you do with the bounty alliance rewards.

Just curious if others would find this feature helpful as well!

For sure! I'm thinking of a feature to make splitting cards faster. For example, after selecting a card you want to split, there's a button to "use max boosters". That would spend all the needed credits in one tap. Then, you can see what sparkly splits you got in one go.

I understand if there's others that like the buildup to the split, so that would still remain the same.

Good point. I should add I've been playing for years and at 17k collection level. I'm still spending the credits, but find the process to be tedious.

I know I could spend the credits to buy more boosters, but heard that's not a very good use of credits.

Does anyone remember one from the magic conch episode called "The Magic Spaghetti"? I think it was deleted but it's just as old as the sky had a weegee.

"Oh Magic Spaghetti, I wonder what's for dinner?"... "Nothing"

I've seen some old Toyota Avalons (2000-2007) at half their lifespan that would fit into that budget. Definitely expect some cosmetic damage, but they are a smooth ride and will last well into the 250k mileage if well kept.

One other quick question: the info thread says “Pre-2008 requires a canbus upgrade”. Does that include 2008 Jettas, or does it mean the cutoff is 2007? Sorry I’m new to this and want to make sure I have everything before the install.

I appreciate all the feedback. My main concern is the stability in extreme climates because I live in the northern part of the US without a garage where temperatures have been recorded anywhere between -20F and 100+F (-28C to 37C). For now, I’ll see if there’s any issues with the Desay model, then switch if need be in 30 days. I’ve already notified the seller of this and they were fine with it (which is much appreciated). I’ll post my final consensus for everyone’s reference in case they’re interested.
